Job Description

We seek a skilled and enthusiastic Microsoft Tier 1 Managed Services Provider to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide first-level support and services for Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and Azure, ensuring the optimal functioning of our client’s IT environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, providing support for Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and Azure.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of IT security practices and data protection.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and support tools.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are highly desirable.
  • Must be available to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if required..

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 support for Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Azure.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, implementing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features.
  • Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and FAQs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and software updates as needed.
  • Ensure security best practices are adhered to in managing user accounts and data access.
