- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Pardot Administrator/Developer Possession of certifications such as Pardot Specialist, Pardot Consultant, or Pardot Developer.
- Proficiency in integrating Pardot with Salesforce CRM, ensuring seamless data synchronization and lead routing.
- Ability to analyze marketing data, interpret campaign performance metrics, and derive actionable insights for optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions within Pardot and Salesforce integration..
