7. SMS Communications

7.1. SMS Programs

Anablock (Anastasia Technology LLC) operates two separate SMS messaging programs:

• Marketing SMS: Recurring promotional and marketing text messages, including company news, service announcements, special offers, and updates about Anablock products and services.
• Transactional SMS: Text messages related to your use of our services, including appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, onboarding updates, and service-related notifications.

7.2. Voluntary Opt-In

Enrollment in either SMS program is entirely voluntary and requires your separate, explicit consent. You may opt into one program without opting into the other. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing or using any Anablock service.

7.3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by program and your activity with our services. You may receive multiple messages per month.

7.4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

7.5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message or contacting us at admin@anablock.com. We will honor your opt-out request and stop sending messages in accordance with applicable requirements.

You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us directly. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any messages sent prior to withdrawal.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The service is provided “as is“ and “as available“ without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anastasia Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
