The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM platform, including but not limited to the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange products. The Salesforce Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for all users and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for providing training and support to the Salesforce user base, troubleshooting any technical issues, and providing end-user support.
Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments, including the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange products.
• Create and maintain custom objects, workflow rules, and validations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and custom fields.
• Manage user profiles, roles, and security settings.
• Create and manage custom permissions and profiles.
• Monitor user adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
• Handle user support requests and provide training and end-user support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain custom Lightning Flows.
• Develop and deploy customizations and enhancements.
• Perform system integrations.
• Develop and maintain documentation.
• Proactively research new Salesforce features, products, and services.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce.
• Lead Salesforce projects and coordinate with other stakeholders.
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of Lightning Flows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data structures, formulas, and workflow rules.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model.
• Experience with CRM implementation.
• Experience with Salesforce integration with other systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
